 §  One night accommodation on The Blue Train (inclusive of all meals, drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), gift give-aways.  French champagne, caviar and off the train telephone calls not included.
§  Two-nights accommodation at Kapama River Lodge (including all meals, snacks, teas and coffees). All drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are not included.
§  Game drives (dusk and dawn) in open land rovers, conducted by qualified rangers (children under 6 years not allowed on the game drive).
§  Cheetah project tour
§  One way flight between Johannesburg and Eastgate Airport (Hoedspruit) or vice versa
§  Guided games walks accompanied by qualified rangers
§  Transfers to and from Eastgate Airport/Lodge/Klaserie Train station airfield

Please note the following activities are available at an additional cost:


o   Elephant back safaris from R700 per person, subject to availability (30 minute speech on elephant history and 1½ hour safari on the back of elephant)
o   Hot air balloon safari from R1 950-00 per person, weather permitting (4 & 8 basket available)
  Itinerary:
 

Option 1  - 40 guests per option (minimum)

 Day 1

Guests meet at Johannesburg International Airport at 09:00 for flight to Eastgate Airport (Hoedspruit). Guests arrive at Klaserie and are transferred to Kapama River Lodge. Guests check-in.  Guests enjoy lunch, dinner, game drives and other optional activities offered by Kapama.  Guests overnight at Kapama River Lodge.  

Day 2 

 Guests enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as game drives and other optional activities offered by Kapama River Lodge. Guests overnight at the lodge.                        

Day 3

 Guests enjoy their normal morning Game Drive.  Guests need to be ready for checkout before breakfast is served at 09:00.  Guests are transferred to the Rhino Inn for lunch.  After lunch guests are taken to the Cheetah Project for a tour.  Guests are also provided with extra murial entertainment and also do curio purchases.  At 17:00 guests are transferred to Klaserie station to board The Blue Train.  The train departs at 18:00.  Guests enjoy dinner on the train.
 

Day 4

 Guests enjoy breakfast on board The Blue Train before arrival at Pretoria station at 09:00.

 

 Option 2 – 40 guests per option (minimum)
 

Day 1

Guests check-in at The Blue Train Lounge at Pretoria station at 17:30 and enjoy pre-departure snacks and drinks.  The Blue Train departs at 18:30 for Klaserie station.  Guests enjoy dinner on the train before they retreat to their suites.
 

Day 2

Guests enjoy breakfast before the train arrives in Klaserie at 09:00. Guests are transferred to Kapama River Lodge for check-in.  Guests are transferred to Rhino Inn where they will enjoy lunch. After lunch guests are then taken to the Cheetah Project for a tour.  In the evening they enjoy dinner and a dusk game drive. Guests overnight at Kapama River Lodge.  

Day 3

 Guests enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, game drive as well as other optional activities offered by Kapama River Lodge. Guests overnight at the lodge.  

Day 4

 Guests enjoy breakfast before they checkout at 11:00.  Guests are transferred to the Eastgate Airport for their flight at 13:10 to Johannesburg International Airport.
